Mwnt is approximately
5 miles North West from Cardigan and is situated along
one of the most outstanding beautiful stretches of coastline
in West Wales.
The headland of Mwnt is owned and maintained by the
National Trust and overlooks a sheltered beach which
is excellent for families.
There is an old 13th century church and spectacular
scenic views of Cardigan Island and the coastline from
the top of the “Mount”.
From the cliff top walks, this area is renowned to have
frequent sightings of bottlenose dolphins, seals and
porpoise.
Ty – Gwyn is located in the heart of Mwnt itself,
and is an ideal location for visitors wishing for a
quiet holiday in Wales.
