In the past the building was part of the old farm and was used as the milking parlour. This old Parlour has been transformed into two luxury cottages, “Y Beudy” (Milk Parlour) and “Llaethdy” (The Dairy) which blend into the environment with the cultural atmosphere of the place.

This is has been done by a combination of methods. The existing front stone wall has been kept and restored, while the back wall has been rebuilt and finished with stone affect rendering. The windows too also follow the theme of country life which allowing our visitors to fully appreciate the authentic views and natural beauty of “Mwnt”.

The interior is mostly contemporary, with old influences of farmhouse existence throughout the cottage.

Each cottage can accommodate 4 persons comfortably or a family of 6, in two bedrooms, one double bed and the other two singles. A further two persons can sleep on the sofa bed situated in the living room. The master bedroom also contains a TV connected to the living room

The living room area is comfortable with a relaxing atmosphere for our visitors to unwind the burden of everyday life. Facilities include DVD CD and Freeview Flat screen TV.

A complete range of kitchen facilities are included such as a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer, cooker and all kitchen utensils.

Each cottage will have the use of a small garden, patio and wooden table ideal for barbeques overlooking Mwnt

 

These cottages are ideal for a relaxing holiday giving tranquil, open spaces ideal for those with an interest in wildlife and walking.

Alternatively they are also perfect for families looking for a peaceful area but with entertainment and facilities for the children.

A sandy beach is in walking distance and there are good facilities at nearby Cardigan.

Pembrokeshire and Cardiganshire also cater for adventure and theme parks which are again very accessible by car.
